Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya (Adults Only), Riviera Maya

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very luxurious, and I even had a terrace upstairs with stunning ocean views. While the rooms were tastefully decorated, they were a bit smaller than I expected. The downside was the noise during weekends from loud groups disrupting the peace in the early hours.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds but didn't quite meet my standards, especially with two full beds. The service, particularly from the Head Chef and Director of Beverages, was outstanding, making my stay enjoyable. The location was generally clean, but it felt like a constant frat party with loud music all day. The dining options became repetitive during my stay, offering limited variety. Despite some shortcomings, the overall service was excellent and made a big difference in my stay.

I had an amazing time at the hotel with its unique in-room liquor dispensers and personal jacuzzi on the terrace. The lobby was also very impressive. The only downside was the constant party vibe in the area.
